Eric Mita holds a Bachelor of Arts teaching degree that provides a foundation for training, communication, and customer problem solving. Eric extracts customer needs with interactive listening skills, then educates clients before recommending the appropriate insurance products. 10 years of Stage acting, film and model print work, strengthened Eric's ability to deal with many Personalities and most importantly put himself in another persons' shoes. Records from the past 26 years show Eric as a top production agent. Eric gives back to the Community by coaching Youth Baseball teams and performing Bamboo Ridge Association "Talk Story" shows for the elderly.
Being a local boy, Eric knows how to have fun. His love and passion for surfing has allowed him to keep balance in his life. Being a father of 5, Eric knows what it means to
have a well balanced life, of family, work and play.
Tracy Wong has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Persistence and organizational skills assist Tracy to remain focused. Her vision and execution style are well received by her customers and employees. Hotel Management and Insurance Claims experience were the perfect prelude to becoming an effective insurance agent. As a respected insurance professional, Tracy holds the designation of "CIC", Certified Insurance Counselor. Tracy builds a cohesive team through inspiration and motivation. Board of Directors positions include: St. Francis Healthcare Enterprise, Cancer Center of Hawaii, and Executive Women International (EWI).
Tracy also has a gift for interior design. With the help of a Feng Shui master, Tracy was able to turn the office into a peaceful, calm, serene environment for employees as well as visitors. Her taste in design portrays attention to detail that produces quality results. Tracy also enjoys playing golf, spending time with her family and living an active life.
